The Draughtsperson be required to report to the Project Manager (or such other persons as may be designated by the Head of Department).
Your main responsibilities shall among others include the following:
Provide administrative support, quotation preparation, coordination, purchasing and inventory and follow up procedures etc
Perform AutoCAD drawings as and when required for the layout of the new/existing stores and offices by understanding and proposing new ideas based on the concept
Ensure maintenance of proper record and filing system for projects (As Built/Manuals)
Survey, study and provide proposal of the potential sites in conjunction with Real Estate Department
Assist the Manager in handling small refurbishment projects from time to time (Projects not exceeding RM500K)
Assist the manager to handle tenders calling, submission of tenders and tender clarifications for all new projects
Any other Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by the Manager Performs any other duties as entrusted by superior or Head of Department and/or any other representative as assigned by the Management from the time to time
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a minimum of Diploma in building technology. Cert more than 5 years can be considered
At least 5 year(s) of relevant working experience is required for this position
Independent, team player, fast learner, demonstrate good analytical skill and possess work commitment
Working experience in F&B is advantages
Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit,3D Max, Sketch Up will be added
