HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

The HR & Admin Executive will be required to report to the Assistant Manager Human Resources (or such other persons as may be designated by the Head of Department).

Your main responsibilities shall among others include the following:

• Assist in all aspects of hostel management in accordance with Act 446 and social compliance standards
• Manage all company fleet including food truck or and equipment performance and ensure fleet availability to meet all operation requirements
• Implement policies, procedure, and systems for managing foreign workers’ hostel and carryout weekly spot check to ensure occupant abide to rules
• Managing the welfare, safety and health, surrounding environment, facilities and general affairs in the hostel in best condition including arrange basic needs for new workers or report if need to repair or do maintenance
• To manage and maintain the filing system to ensure it is up to date and easily accessible as and when required
• To handle and maintain the company assets, facilities, equipment and stationery
• Responsible for updating and monitoring the office supplies inventory for admin items
• Responsible for issuing the Purchase Order, processing and monitoring the vendor invoices for the department
• To handle and manage the courier service
• To assist in recruitment functions
• Any ad-hoc tasks in relation to payroll/administration assigned to you by your Superior.
• Performs any other responsibilities and/or assignments as entrusted by your Superior as assigned by the Management from time to time

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource
• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Excell & MS Power Point
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good knowledge in safety and hostel management is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and possess work commitment
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
