The Technician will be required to report to the Maintenance Manager (or such other persons as may be designated by the Head of Department).
Your main responsibilities shall among others include the following:
To handle maintenance matter for all Texas Chicken outlets and offices
To perform routine maintenance schedule and outlet re-lamping works
To ensure Plan Preventive Maintenance for all building services and kitchen equipment are carried out on time
To keep track on all maintenance contracts and perform renewal during its expiry
To keep track of stock level of all consumable parts, request for replacement whenever necessary
To liaise with contractors for quotations for maintenance job which need to be out sourced
To maintain proper filing of documents
To make sure all outlets are in tidy condition, especially electrical room with compliance with building by-law
To carry out inspection and check on contractor’s work, including testing and commissioning prior to new store opening
To manage daily outlet repair works with the team
To document all disposables parts
To liaise with building management on maintenance or other issues
To assist on other works, deem suitable from time to time
Performs any other duties as entrusted by your superior or Head of Department and/or any other representative as assigned by the Management from the time to time
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a minimum of Sijil / Diploma in any related field
At least 1 to 2 year(s) of relevant working experience is required for this position
Independent, fast learner, demonstrate good analytical skill and possess work commitment
